This home is designed for beach and water lovers. Not only is it approximately 175 meters to the beach (very close) but has ocean views from the two terraces on west side. Because of the beautiful landscaping, the photos of this home show it could be on the north shore of Hawaii (with huge price points), but is located near two of the best surf breaks in Nicaragua. The locals call the best reef the "The Point", which really should be reserved for those surfers who get excited about perfect fast left hand barrels. Many surf magazines have written (and videoed) this internationally famous break, and yet there is currently very little competition for the wave. The other wave, locally known as "Ausechillo" sport two river mouths having two separate "A-frame" breaks. This beach break allows for surfer of ALL levels to enjoy the 85 degree temperature water twelve months out of the year and 24 hours in the day. The Casa de los Delfines has a large corner lot, terraces in front and back, as well an a balcony terrace from the seconf floor. The back yard is easy maintenance, with most of the ground area sporting the pool and lounge area, and sheilded by green curtain landscape. The back terrace allows for great evening parties with large dry bar, seating for four at the bar, and seating for twelve or more. Equipment includes wifi for the entire property (security protected), a 18kw Kohler generator with low hours and a 500 lb tank, ceiling fans on the terrace, barbeque grill (gas), beer cooler, among others. Motion dector lights and security cameras will be included. The guest house offer a "Universal-gym" workout station that will allow you to maintain your fitness even while kicking back during your time here.
Interior Features:
Casa de los Delfines is has tremendously decorative and colorful interiors set up especially for persons who love the ocean. It has three separate and distintive living areas, which can be opened to each other for large surfing groups or very large family parties. The upstairs owner's area has two bedrooms, with both sizes that can accommodate king beds, but are furnished to have twin size in one. The upstairs sports a galley-stye kitchen which is decorated with hand crafted solid wood cabinets, stainless steel trimmed appliances. All small kitchen appliances including toaster, blender, coffee maker, microwave, toaster oven, as well as all stainless steel pots/pans, place settings for eight (or more) compliment the fully stocked kitchen. The downstairs area sleeps up to seven in two queen sized beds and three twins. It has own fully stocked kitchen as the one upstairs, and is more spacious. The main living for guests is downstairs and has a large flat screen and surround sound system, and three generoulsy-size couches. The main floor has a large dining table with seating for six, and the breakfast has additional seating, as well. The granite countertops were installed to give not only beauty to the kitchen but for long life and easy care. The entire homes had 16X16 ceramic tile and all of the bathroom are fully tiled to allow for comfortable lving. Many of the interior are decorated with unbelievlable, hand painted murals by local artists, giving this home a disctintive, beautiful ocean-side flavor. Included also is the separate guest house/apartment that has its own full service kitchen and sleep four persons. This area is terrific for the overflow of larger corporate groups, surf tours, and families.
